E-Commerce Coordinator 
Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Spanish Preferred
 
Location: Ontario, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $23.00-$26.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
E-Commerce Operations

• Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, retailer portals, and B2B platforms.
• Update product descriptions, pricing, specifications, images, and keywords.
• Support new product launches and catalog management.
• Monitor listing performance and marketplace compliance.
• Ensure online merchandising and branding standards are maintained.

  Customer Accounts & Sales Support

• Support wholesale, retail, distributor, and direct-import customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory, and order status.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales materials.
• Support account growth initiatives and promotional programs.

Order & Inventory Coordination

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, suppliers, and overseas teams.
• Monitor shipping status and inventory availability.
• Resolve order, inventory, and customer service issues.
• Process returns, claims, and related documentation.

Reporting & Business Support

• Prepare sales reports and business analyses.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Support business development projects.
• Assist with trade shows, customer events, and special projects.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6 months, you will:

• Successfully manage assigned customer accounts
• Maintain accurate and optimized online product listings
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Support product launches and business growth initiatives
• Contribute to increased customer satisfaction and sales performance

Qualifications
Required

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales support, account coordination, customer service, or related business functions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%

 
Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Spanish
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, ERP, CRM, or OMS systems
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or content creation tools
• Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude
• Experience in consumer products, retail, or wholesale distribution
• Experience or knowledge of pet products, pet supplies, pet retail, or the pet industry is a plus
• Passion for pets and an understanding of the needs of pet owners is highly valued
