Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

• Operate production machinery and equipment used to blend ingredients and process manufacturing materials.
• Load ingredients into mixing machines using conveyors, scales, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment.
• Start machines and adjust controls, valves, steam, and cooling systems to maintain proper production processes.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with basic repairs, maintenance, fabrication, and equipment improvements.
• Support maintenance team members with production floor equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Identify and separate defective products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor assembly machine controls and make necessary adjustments when equipment malfunctions.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• 23 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience performing equipment adjustments, basic maintenance, or repairs is a plus.
