Steel Tech USA is transforming the future of construction through precision-engineered, cold-formed steel (CFS) framing. We’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing team in Lewisville, Texas. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor roll-forming and CNC machines for precision production.
- Load raw steel coil, oversee automated runs, and inspect all finished parts for dimensional accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to ensure machine output matches design intent.
- Adjust machine speeds, tooling, and alignment to maintain precision throughout production.
- Perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and tooling checks for optimal performance. Keep the work area organized, safe, and efficient at all times.
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and uphold the Steel Tech USA reputation for excellence .
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in roll-forming or CNC machine operation (metal manufacturing preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Ability to read blueprints and work within tight tolerances.
- Self-starter with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Familiarity with overhead cranes, forming/brake press machines, and precision measuring tools preferred.
