Qualifications: Active certification or licensure as a school psychologist. Experience working with elementary or intermediate grade levels, specifically grades 3-5. Proficiency in conducting student evaluations, developing IEPs, and implementing intervention strategies. Comfortable handling LEA duties and collaborating with school staff, students, and families. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Experience in an onsite, school-based setting preferred. Key Responsibilities: Conduct student assessments and provide psychological services to support learning and well-being. Serve as LEA representative in meetings, ensuring compliance with educational requirements. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to develop and monitor individualized education plans. Lead or participate in student support teams, offering expertise on mental health and behavioral interventions. Provide crisis interventions as needed. Maintain accurate records and data for compliance reporting.
