This role exists to evaluate functional needs, design practical interventions, and guide progress through individualized therapy.Key responsibilities include assessing client condition and daily-task performance; identifying physical, developmental, or emotional barriers that affect routine activities; creating and carrying out treatment plans for physical limitations, mental health concerns, and learning challenges; reviewing the client’s home/school/work setup and recommending adaptations; and providing education and support to family members and caregivers.Required qualifications/skills:- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)- Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills- Clear documentation and communication with clients and caregivers- Ability to work independently with sound judgmentIf you’re ready to deliver thoughtful, goal-focused therapy, apply today.A Typical DayYour day is organized around client needs and clear documentation. You’ll move from one scheduled visit to the next, taking time to observe how clients manage everyday routines in their own environment. Between visits, you’ll update notes, confirm upcoming appointments, and coordinate practical next steps with caregivers so everyone understands the plan.
