SEEK Careers/Staffing is looking for a motivated Talent Specialist to join our Grafton team! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in recruiting, staffing, human resources, and sales.

In this position, you will screen, interview, and match candidates with job opportunities at our client companies. You'll build relationships with candidates and clients while working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

You'll be part of a dedicated team and a passionate work family that works together to find great people, build strong relationships, and help our clients succeed.

POSITION – Talent Specialist

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS – 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

STARTING PAY – $42,888/year + additional bonus opportunities after 90 days

What You'll Do

• Recruit and source qualified candidates for manufacturing and other client opportunities
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through placement
• Match candidates with positions based on their skills, experience, and career goals
• Fill job orders and staffing requests for client companies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the hiring process
• Participate in community events, job fairs, hiring events, networking, and social media recruiting
• Make recruiting calls and communicate with candidates throughout the placement process
• Occasionally travel to client locations for meetings, orientations, or recruiting needs
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity using computer systems

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships
• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
