Recruiter PositionOur client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for a Recruiter. This individual will manage high-volume recruiting efforts while partnering closely with HR and hiring leaders to attract and hire talent across production and professional positions. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, leading high-volume recruiting efforts with a primary focus on production and manufacturing positions, recruiting for professional and skilled technical positions as business needs arise, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies, sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels, conducting candidate screens and interviews, coordinating interviews and maintaining consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams, preparing and extending employment offers, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, tracking recruiting activity, representing the organization professionally throughout the candidate experience, identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, and partnering with the broader HR team on recruiting initiatives and additional HR projects as needed.The Recruiter will possess 3+ years of recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment, strong full-cycle recruiting experience, experience supporting high-volume production or hourly manufacturing recruiting, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, experience recruiting professional and skilled technical positions, strong sourcing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities, a creative, personable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach, and a strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently move searches through the entire recruiting lifecycle.Equal Opportunity Employer.
