Level 1 IT Support Specialist

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin | Full-Time

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick off your IT career? Redbird Security is looking for an enthusiastic Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a bit of IT education or experience who’s ready to learn, grow, and provide great support to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for common issues (password resets, email setup, slow network troubleshooting, etc.).
• Set up laptops, desktops, and other hardware for client deployments.
• Occasionally travel to client sites to install or troubleshoot equipment.
• Log and update tickets in our system, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
• Assist with phone coverage and help maintain internal documentation.
• Work closely with experienced technicians and gain valuable hands-on training.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree in IT or 0–1 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and general networking concepts.
• Clear communicator, both verbal and written.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
