Continental Properties is looking for a

Human Resources Coordinator

to join our

Human Resources

team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

You will support our Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR Ops, and HR Business Partners, in addition to completing other general administrative tasks for the department. In this role, you will partner with members on our HR team, as well as hiring managers, interview panel members, candidates, and team members. You will report to our Director of Talent Acquisition. Continental embraces a flexible/hybrid work environment. After an initial onboarding period, you may work remotely up to two days a week. #LI-Hybrid Essential Responsibilities: Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of catching errors and inconsistencies before they become problems

Ability to stay organized and composed when handling a high volume of tasks or shifting priorities

Brings a forward-thinking mindset to technology, using AI and process improvement to reduce manual tasks, and boost efficiency and productivity across the team

Talent Acquisition: Post and close jobs in ATS and niche job boards, schedule in-person and virtual interviews, and arrange candidate travel

Talent Management and Development: Assist with the implementation of ongoing talent management processes and support the You Belong Here (DEI&B) program

Team Member Onboarding: Draft offer letters, conduct criminal background checks, and facilitate onboarding and orientation of new team members

Additional Responsibilities: Prepare and manage expense reports, employee reporting, general administrative support, and perform other duties as assigned

Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include bonus potential or other forms of compensation and benefits. Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
