What You’ll Do As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities will include: Lead full‑cycle recruiting , from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent who keep our operations running strong Support DOT compliance , including driver qualification files and testing programs Administer leaves and benefits , including FMLA, state leaves, enrollments, and ongoing employee support Partner on HR programs such as performance management, training, and professional development initiatives Be a trusted employee resource , providing coaching, conflict resolution, and supporting investigations as needed Champion employee engagement , gathering feedback and helping implement culture and engagement initiatives Maintain accurate and compliant HR records , ensuring alignment with employment laws and best practices Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
