We’re looking for a skilled recruiter and people‑focused HR Generalist who is excited to make a real impact across the employee experience while supporting the operational heartbeat of our organization. Visu-Sewerstarted in 1975 as a small, family‑owned business has grown to become one of the most established and trusted trenchless sewer inspection, maintenance and rehabilitation companies in the United States. Our services have grown to include CCTV Inspection, Cure-In-Place Pipe, Cementitious/Epoxy Manhole Lining & Grouting. Headquartered in Pewaukee, WI, Visu-Sewer is a national organization which serves the underground construction community in the Mid-west and beyond. Branch offices: Bridgeview, IL - Oak Grove, MN - Mason City IA - East St. Louis, IL - Columbus, OH - Ashland, VA - Glen Mills, PA. What You’ll Do As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities will include: Lead full‑cycle recruiting , from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent who keep our operations running strong Support DOT compliance , including driver qualification files and testing programs Administer leaves and benefits , including FMLA, state leaves, enrollments, and ongoing employee support Partner on HR programs such as performance management, training, and professional development initiatives Be a trusted employee resource , providing coaching, conflict resolution, and supporting investigations as needed Champion employee engagement , gathering feedback and helping implement culture and engagement initiatives Maintain accurate and compliant HR records , ensuring alignment with employment laws and best practices Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
