Responsibilities

• Recruit skilled construction professionals including carpenters, laborers, concrete workers, electricians, plumbers, operators, welders, HVAC technicians, and other trades.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting methods.
• Screen applicants through phone interviews and in-person interviews.
• Verify work history, experience, certifications, and references.
• Match qualified candidates with current client job openings.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, drug screens, and employment paperwork.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with employees after placement to ensure successful assignments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Develop relationships with local trade schools, unions, and industry organizations.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Construction industry knowledge is highly preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
