Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Sussex, WI. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support HR operations, including managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies, administering benefits programs, and handling other HR management duties. You will also contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company's workforce needs. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles. Experience in HR Management and drafting/updating HR Policies. Skill in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team-oriented environment. Proficiency in HR-related software and systems is a plus.
