Supply Technician Due and Status File (DASF)

Job Description

Manages due-in, due-out, backorder, requisition, and status information to support timely SECREP sourcing, customer support, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Review, validate, and maintain due and status file information.

Track requisitions, backorders, due-ins, due-outs, and asset movements.

Coordinate with supply, maintenance, warehouse, and customer personnel to resolve status discrepancies.

Support analysis of customer wait time, fill rate, backorder performance, and asset availability.

Assist with weekly status reports and other required SECREP reporting.

Support accurate asset issue, receipt, accountability, and redistribution activities.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma.

One to two years of military reparable-management experience.

Experience with inventory management, distribution support, stock positioning, sourcing, or supply-status management.

Ability to apply RIP secondary-reparable management processes and procedures.

Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.
