Summary The Sales & Client Advisor contributes to store sales by delivering Balenciaga’s signature client experience, supporting the management team, and representing the brand. The role engages clients through storytelling, builds long-term relationships, and ensures seamless omnichannel service. It also supports front and back of house operations including stock control and client transactions. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and KPIs. Engage and advise clients, present collections, and manage client portfolio using the Luce app. Execute omnichannel services, process in-store and distant sales, and handle deliveries and shipments. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Collaborate with stock team to ensure product availability and support inventory processes. Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience. Good digital and IT skills, including MS Office. Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
