What You’ll Do

As a Mitigation Technician, you’ll respond to residential and commercial property losses and perform hands-on mitigation and restoration work.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
• Assist with fire, smoke, and mold mitigation
• Apply antimicrobial treatments as needed
• Remove damaged materials and assist with demolition
• Document job progress with photos, notes, and required paperwork
• Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
• Maintain and properly use restoration equipment
• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency losses

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of disaster restoration or mitigation experience required
• Water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, or related restoration experience
• IICRC certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in residential and commercial environments
• Willingness to participate in an on-call emergency rotation
