Job Description Job Description Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and personal injury. Responsibilities Provide executive administrative support to attorney, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence handling. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as pleadings, memos, and reports with attention to detail. Propound and Respond to Discovery Support litigation processes by preparing and e-filing pleadings and billing for attorney time. Skills Must possess excellent writing skills for drafting memos, correspondence, and legal documents; proofreading and transcription skills are essential. Strong communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in document review and data entry tasks. Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule zoom conferences, depositions, hearings, client conferences and mediations. Do you have a valid Certified Notary Public license? Do you have experience with Trial preparation?
