Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant
Gunster seeks a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in its West Palm Beach office to provide support to litigation attorneys. The ideal candidate will have calendaring experience, the ability to e-file and experience with commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts. Key responsibilities include drafting routine correspondence/documents, scheduling depositions, and hearings, and making travel arrangements. This position will also provide essential backup coverage for other legal administrative staff during absences. Additional qualifications include one to three years' experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.
