Location: Pasadena, TX 77503 Pay: Approximately $25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Join A Growing Team! Operations Administrator (Temp-to-Hire) We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the operations team. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Operations team. Process warehouse receiving paperwork and assist with shipping, receiving, and order processing. Maintain return authorizations and credit memo documentation. Process customer returns and ensure returned materials match system records. Research and process freight claims when appropriate. Assist Accounts Payable with invoice reconciliation and discrepancy resolution. Reconcile fuel card receipts, freight invoices, and open tickets. Complete daily invoicing activities. Resolve overages, shortages, damaged shipments, and unidentified materials. Run return reports and follow up on outstanding returns. Communicate with internal departments regarding non-stock returns and vendor return authorizations. Provide backup support for the front desk and switchboard as needed. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1?2 years of administrative experience preferred. Customer returns or warehouse administration experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
