Maintenance Department LeaderMaintenance Department Leaders play an important role in helping BBU bake with world-class practices, win as one team, and grow our people. Our Maintenance Department Leaders empower and involve their team to achieve key performance metrics and equip each Team Leader to win their shift. HS Diploma/GED requiredA combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substitutedAIB certification preferredOperational background in electrical circuitry, refrigeration, fuel-burning equipment, and machine mechanicsPossess conceptual knowledge of PLC programming; PLC programming experience preferred, ideal candidate will have PLC programming proficiencyPossess conceptual knowledge on Predictive Maintenance techniquesMust be familiar with lean tools or a similar statistical process and control systemThe physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
