Your core focus as Field Service Technician will be to provide on-site technical support and maintenance for black and white, color, and multifunctional printers, copiers, and other devices at customer locations. This position will enable you to directly impact our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities by ensuring that their office equipment is functioning properly to drive their organizations forward.What You'll DoProvide printer and copier maintenance, service, and repairs to customersDeliver product training efficiently and effectivelyDiagnose equipment issues and carry out installations and upgradesMake modifications, remove old units, and retrofit existing hardwareComplete field calls according to priority while practicing effective time managementContinuously enhance your technical skills for field assignmentsRebuild components at the shopWhat You'll BringHigh School Diploma or GED3 years or more of expertise in one or more of the following: Technical repair, service, and installation of copier/office equipment (Preferred) Technical service, repair or training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment Technical service, repair, or support of comparable products Advanced education or certification or internships in respective areas can be used to meet experience requirement Intermediate computer skills and good electro-mechanical skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching A valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company businessEarn WellHourly Range: $17.00 to $19.00 depending on experience.
