What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certification from ASHA (CCC) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience providing services in a school setting is a plus, but motivated CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Proven ability to work independently in a 1:1 environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 speech and language interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with school-specific and state guidelines
• Track, monitor, and report on student outcomes to key stakeholders
