Role: Administrator

Pay: $25/hr.

Hours: 32 hours a week, 9-5pm

Employment Type: Freelance

Location: Seattle, WA — primarily onsite

ASAP - end of year ( possibly into 2027)

Our client is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Admin to provide day-to-day support to the Packaging team. This freelance role will work closely with the Package Engineer, serving as a key administrative and operational partner in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Package Engineer and Packaging department.
\n
• Receive, open, sort, organize, file, and ship packaging materials and samples.
\n
• Coordinate package shipments and maintain organized records for packaging-related materials.
\n
• Assist with presentations, tracking documents, scheduling, and general team coordination.
\n
• Manage day-to-day requests with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and flexibility.
\n
• Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to support team communication and documentation.
\n
• Help keep packaging operations moving efficiently as business needs and priorities evolve.
\n
