MAN v FAT Health and Wellbeing Coach MAN v FAT Soccer delivers small‑sided soccer leagues, exclusively designed to support overweight men to improve their physical and mental health. Launched in 2016 by weight loss specialists with over 10 years of experience supporting men’s health, the program weighs each player before their game, guides them through their weight loss journey, and rewards weight loss with bonus goals. The league is decided by goals scored and pounds lost, appealing to men who want to get healthier while playing soccer. It is coming to Urban Soccer Malden in 2026. The program has been hugely successful in the UK with over 8,000 men each week losing hundreds of thousands of pounds since launching in 2016. We now have over 155 clubs in the UK and 26 clubs across Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. See what a session looks like here: This position is not a soccer coaching role; it does not involve training players on the pitch or instructing exercise. It is about supporting and motivating players to make healthy lifestyle changes, facilitating a safe and effective session, and completing league‑related admin tasks. Check out MAN v FAT Soccer in the media here: We’re looking for a dedicated MAN v FAT Health and Wellbeing Coach to support the players and ensure the smooth running and high performance of our new league launching in September 2026 based at Urban Soccer Malden, 735 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148. The role would suit an individual who shares our passion for supporting men in making health and lifestyle improvements in order to lose weight. The role will include working with your referee on a weekly basis and regular catch-ups with the UK and US based team. About you: More than anything, we are looking for a team player who puts their heart into their work. We hire based on attitude over traditional skills and experience, so if you feel you are right for the job we would love to hear from you. Why You May Be a Fit You’re well organised and can manage time effectively. You have excellent communication skills. You have an understanding or first‑hand experience of weight loss. You’re confident using a computer (this role involves regular online data entry and will require you to have your own device). You are qualified in First Aid. Full training and equipment is provided to fulfil the role! Contract: Permanent, Part Time, Typically 4 hours per week. Salary: $40 per hour (dependent on your experience in Health & Wellbeing). Location: This role is primarily located at Urban Soccer Malden, 735 Broadway, Malden, MA 02148 every Thursday 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
