Based in our Manchester or Birmingham office, the Data Coordinator will work closely with the Industrial & Logistics business and Research teams to monitor the UK I&L leasing market, identifying, capturing and updating information on available space and transactions.ResponsibilitiesManage all 3rd party available space and transaction records to ensure we are maintaining an accurate reflection of the market across multiple channelsOversight and input on JLL records to ensure our own data is maintained to the highest possible standardsRun regular calls with our agents to ensure the latest market intel is reflected in our data, as well as going through data requirements in preparation for preparing research reportsSME in the use and capabilities of our suite of custom-built and third-party client engagement and data collection toolingBuild relationships with other real estate agencies to obtain information and source the available content for listings recordsQuality assurance tasks including review of all relevant transaction information and context to ensure data collection standards are met and exceededWork closely with each of our teams (including but not limited to agents, research, offshore support and market data management) in the production of analysis and insight related outputsRequired SkillsExcellent communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders across all business levelsProactive and self-motivated; able to work independently and effectively plan and manage workloadAbility to work effectively as part of a diverse team with varied interestsDetail orientated, with a keen eye for spotting any data inaccuraciesExperienceExperience using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in Market Research, sourcing, and curating information from various sources to produce actionable market insightsExperience coordinating between multiple business areas manage the collection, delivery, and publication of contentExperience in data analysis or business analytics beneficial but not essentialReal Estate experience beneficial but not essentialLocation: On-site –Birmingham, GBR, Greater Manchester, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
