Senior Project Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Controls Analyst with strong Primavera P6 scheduling and project controls experience to support large-scale utility projects. This role will be responsible for schedule development, cost analysis, forecasting, and project reporting to ensure project performance and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 . Support Project Managers with scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis. Monitor project cost, schedule performance, and financial progress . Prepare monthly and weekly project performance reports and variance analysis. Track project milestones, risks, and schedule updates . Maintain project documentation in EDMS and other project systems . Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project planning and reporting . Support leadership with cost forecasting, budget analysis, and project status reporting . Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Controls Analyst or in project controls functions. Strong experience with Primavera P6 scheduling . Experience with SAP Project System or Work Management Systems . Knowledge of project cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis . Strong Excel and reporting skills . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field . Preferred Qualifications Experience in utility, construction, or infrastructure projects . Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management. Experience with Unifier, ProjectWise, or HeavyBid . #J-18808-Ljbffr
