Description

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist/ORT-First Assist for a hospital Surgical Assist unit position requiring 6 months of recent experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Surgical Assist unit
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the CST/FA role
• CST certification required
• State license required if applicable (VA, CO)
• Active license required, with certifications not expiring within the first 30 days of start
• AHA or ARC certifications accepted
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Assist the surgical team as a first assist during procedures
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
