Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 4 months.

• Experience with Cerner is required within the last 2 years.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required within the last 12 months.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Float requirement: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

Must start on posted start date.

Required Skills/Experience: Two years Pediatric Nursing experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous experience with newborns requiring step-down care

Required Credentials: AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Floating Requirements: Will be cross trained and float to NICU.
