We are seeking an experienced Social Worker for an immediate contract opportunity, providing essential support to Pre-K and Kindergarten students. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid license in social work with eligibility to work in a school setting
• Prior experience working in schools, especially with early childhood or elementary-age children, strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and behavioral interventions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with staff and families
• Flexibility, compassion, and a team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social-emotional and mental health support to Pre-K and Kindergarten students
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed
• Partner with teachers and administrators to assess student needs and implement intervention plans
• Educate staff and parents on strategies to support students’ social and emotional development
• Contribute to evaluations and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality

This contract role is full-time, running Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:45 pm. Your expertise will have a direct and lasting impact during a pivotal period for young learners.
