Are you a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for comprehensive OB/GYN care? UCHealth Printers Park Medical Plaza is seeking a dedicated NP to join their high-performing team. This role offers a dynamic blend of high-volume clinic practice and hospital-based support, allowing you to provide essential care within one of Colorado s premier health systems.

The Opportunity

Join a collaborative environment featuring 5 OB/GYNs and 2 Mid-level providers, supported by a robust ancillary staff including RNs, LPNs, and surgical schedulers.

• Clinical Scope: Primarily clinic-based (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with a diverse caseload including 70% low-risk and 10% high-risk pregnancies.
• Case Load: Manage approximately 20 patients per day in a modern 11-room clinic. You will perform FHR interpretations (NST/CST/FSE) and support routine and complicated deliveries.
• Hospital Presence: Provide coverage at Memorial Central Hospital, a 413-bed, Level I Trauma Center located just over a mile from the clinic.
• Call Schedule: Balanced rotation of 1 in 5 days for standard call; 1 in 10 for overnights and weekends.
• Technology: Fully equipped for Colposcopy, LEEP, and NST, with onsite lab and tech-performed ultrasound.

Compensation & Travel

• Hourly Rate: Competitive pay capped at $290/hour.
• Overtime: Capped at $435/hour.
• Travel Reimbursement: Full coverage for airfare (up to $750), lodging ($150/night cap), and economy rental car. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
• Logistics: Travel and lodging details are provided four weeks prior to your start date to ensure a smooth transition.

Candidate Requirements

To provide the high-quality, personal care UCHealth is known for, candidates must meet the following:

• Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with specific OB/GYN experience.
• Licensure: Active Colorado State Medical License is strongly preferred.
• Life Support: Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
• Clinical Proficiency: Experience in managing routine and complicated deliveries (including VBACs and C-section support) and repair of 3rd and 4th-degree lacerations is required.
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in high-risk pregnancy management and office-based GYN procedures (IUD, LEEP, Cystoscopy) is highly valued.
• Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the last 30 days) is required at the time of presentation.
