responsibilities:

• Support Clean Room Metrology Lab operations by mounting, dismounting, cleaning, and handling customer coupon and wafer samples.

• Coordinate with engineering to track, prioritize, and execute incoming jobs to optimize workflow and maintain lab throughput.

• Operate laboratory process equipment and execute metrology jobs on SEM tools using developed Best Known Methods (BKMs) and available recipes.

• Analyze metrology images using Our Client's proprietary algorithms and software, and compile results into reports using predefined templates.

• Interface with requestors to understand their requirements, communicate findings, and collaborate with the hardware team on troubleshooting and tool maintenance.
