Job Summary

The Finance Manager supports the finance and operations teams throughout the budget, forecast, and month-end processes. The Manager will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, identifying trends, and investigating ways to improve accuracy and profitability. Primary responsibilities include assisting regional and division leaders in preparing annual budgets, and financial forecasts, and monitoring operating account performance. This role is remote must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training to operations and support staff on business drivers and metrics of the company
• Develop measurable goals/financial dashboards and client facing reporting
• Recommend actions to improve financial performance
• Be catalyst in improving business processes and procedures
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Develop strong operational relationships with Regional Operations Support Teams
• Monthly billing functions include any requested reports and back up documents for billing
• Create month end reports for Crothall and for the client
• Track and follow up on outstanding AR’s
• Weekly, monthly and annual forecasting with a target of less than a 5% variance
• Attend client meetings and or calls discussing financials for the EVS department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required, MBA or CPA is preferred.
• A total of 5+ years of related experience in Finance with a demonstrated record of advancement
• Ability to effectively manage and extend influence across multiple layers of the organization and a passion for helping your field partners succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable presenting in front of groups and different levels of management.
• Requires a high level of proficiency in Excel to successfully manage a vast amount of data and to develop sophisticated financial models.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals and objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and professional image
• 25% anticipated travel
