Finance Business Partner

Overview Finance Business Partner – Commercial role working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and sales leadership to drive financial performance, manage financial metrics, business performance and the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) administration. Key Responsibilities Provide support to sales leadership, making recommendations based on trend analysis to improve KPIs. Deliver accurate, timely, aligned information on KPIs including volume, revenue, GP/CY and SIP calculations and payouts. Own projects analyzing networking selling, conversion, and customer profitability by product to enable business decisions. Recommend best alternative strategies related to SIP plans and the associated financial implications. Provide insights to sales verticals based on needs; identify risks and opportunities tied to specific customers and market trends. Support global initiatives, including SIP automation. Lead projects with product leads and sales vertical leads on best practices and improving MOS cycles. Required Experience & Skills Highly preferred bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in a similar corporate reporting structure, providing financial metrics for business performance. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar structure. Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Access, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience building Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools highly preferred. Strong analytical skill set, challenger mindset, high drive, and focus on personal development. Insight into financial modelling and forecasting. Strong sense of urgency, ability to deliver quality work, and adept at engaging multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working in an environment with change during a transformation journey. Compensation & Benefits Full time employment. Salary: $110,000 – $120,000. The mentioned range is an anticipated starting salary; it may be adjusted based on market conditions and other factors.
