Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to promote health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans. You will assess patients' needs, develop and implement dietary plans, educate on healthy eating, and monitor nutritional status post-discharge as part of our inpatient rehabilitation team.
