If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, HR Transformation - Industrial Manufacturing in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.Responsibilities:Ability to identify new clients, lead and manage existing client relationships and deliver Workforce Transformation services across multiple client industries in the following areas: Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity & InclusionLead cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial managementLead the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for workforce transformation effortLead the development and evolution of business, methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guidesParticipate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreachQualifications:Minimum twelve years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; preferred ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firmBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferredExperience leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the human capital spacePrior work managing a portfolio of clients and client activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchyMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
