Human Resources Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR leader to support multi-site manufacturing operations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture. This role partners closely with leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, and recruitment across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Partnering with leaders to provide strategic HR support Coaching and developing managers to strengthen leadership effectiveness Leading full-cycle recruitment for hourly and exempt positions Building strong relationships across teams and serving as a trusted HR resource Traveling to multiple sites and supporting different shifts as business needs require Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership, talent management, and employee relations Multi-site manufacturing experience required; union and non-union experience preferred Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred Compensation $80,000–$95,000 Benefits Comprehensive benefits include medical, company-paid dental and vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, professional development opportunities, career advancement, and employee appreciation events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
