Job Title: Regional HR Manager Location: Columbus, OH Company: New Horizons Baking Company Reports To: Sr. Director of HR About Us New Horizons Baking Company, in operation since 1967, produces ready-to-eat hamburger buns, English muffins and pancakes for some of the most iconic brands in the country. We proudly serve over 2,000 quick-service restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, and Western Pennsylvania, as well as national retail and sandwich makers. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $80-$95K Opportunities for Development and Job Advancement Employee appreciation lunches and events Position Summary Lead and facilitate the development of a positive, inclusive and engaged work environment within multi-site manufacturing operations Leverage a strong HR generalist background while building effective partnerships Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategy aligned with organizational goals Key Responsibilities Build effective partnerships within the HR team, the leadership team and with all other business partners Be visible and act as a trusted advisor and resource for all associates Coach, counsel, develop and guide leaders to help identify and solve issues, drive communication, development and overall leadership effectiveness Oversee end-to-end recruitment of hourly and exempt associates, sourcing to onboarding Flexibility to travel to multi-site operations and work during different shifts, per business needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory, talent and positive associate relations experience Multi-site operations, union and non-union experience preferred Excellent communication and issue-resolution skills Bilingual - English and Spanish proficiency highly preferred The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level, or work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
