Beyond operations, this person owns financial performance, marketing execution, and go-to-market alignment, and organizational health across the business. They partner closely with the CEO on business direction and long-term strategy — bringing sound judgment, financial discipline, and a broad, general-management view of the entire business — while ensuring disciplined margin management, strong cash flow awareness, and scalable systems across every function.We're looking for a seasoned business leader — someone who has run a full P&L, not just a functional area — who combines confident, principled decision-making with an adaptable, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style.
