Connecting customers with essential services, the full-time Remote U-Box Sales Agent will manage inbound calls, facilitate reservations, and provide exceptional customer service while working 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls to assist with U-Box reservations and inquiries Follow defined guidelines and scripts to ensure a seamless customer experience Participate in a comprehensive training program to enhance skills and product knowledge Required qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate business software applications Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration Availability to work 40 hours per week during specified hours, including weekends and holidays Access to a personal home computer and necessary equipment that meets technical specifications
