This role will report to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Manager and is based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role.Role and Responsibilities:Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologiesFacilitate Kaizen workshops, Gemba walks, and process improvement events on the production floorAnalyze current-state processes, identify waste, and implement sustainable process improvementsImplement and sustain 5S standards through daily audits and competitionsCreate and maintain value stream maps to improve material and process flowCollaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, logistics, and engineeringTrack and report key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivityBuild and assemble parts as needed to support manufacturing operationsEngage employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvementSkills and Experience:Passion for Continuous ImprovementAbility to communicate effectively with all levels within the organizationExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency in commonly used and specialized softwareStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skillsDemonstrated ability to work in high-paced, changing environments1–2 years of related experience preferredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, walk, and stand for extended periods of time consecutivelyAbout Bloom EnergyBloom Energy's mission is to make clean, reliable energy affordable for everyone in the world.
