Associates receive printed or electronic picking tickets and retrieve products according to order specifications before packaging them for shipment.**Key Responsibilities*** Receive and review picking tickets for customer orders* Locate, pick, and gather products per order requirements* Verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition before packaging* Package picked items according to shipping and quality standards* Label and prepare completed orders for shipment* Maintain correct inventory counts on stocking items* Deliver packaged orders to the appropriate shipping or staging area* Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the fulfillment process* Communicate inventory shortages, order discrepancies, or damaged items to supervisors* Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures## Qualifications**Qualifications*** Ability to read and follow picking tickets accurately* Attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented* Warehouse, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required**Work Environment:*** Active role requiring frequent walking throughout the facility* Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift* Repetitive picking and handling of materials* Lifting, pushing, or pulling products and packaged orders (within defined weight limits)* Manufacturing and warehouse environment with noise, equipment, and production activity* Ability to focus on accuracy while working at a steady pace #J-18808-Ljbffr
