Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

License: Active State of Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license is required.
Qualitative Traits: Must be dependable, patient-focused, team-oriented, and possess strong communication and clinical skills.

Job Description

Overview: Provide prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance, digital radiographs, patient education, and clinical charting using Eaglesoft software in a supportive practice setting.
Patient Care Focus: Deliver high-quality care with 60-minute adult prophy appointments, managed patient flow, no double booking, and zero production quotas or pressure.

Shift & Schedule

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (4:00 PM end time April-September). Tuesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (4:00 PM end time April-September). Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Up to 3 Fridays/month: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (optional). No evenings or weekends.
