This leadership position is focused on ensuring robust risk management practices and driving the strategic execution of underwriting across stop loss products and large claim solutions. The Vice President will also be responsible for overseeing pricing methodologies, risk assessment, and underwriting guidelines, as well as supporting new business development and distribution growth initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President, Stop Loss Underwriting role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of medical stop loss underwriting experience, with a proven track record of progressive leadership in managing underwriting teams and strategy.
