Aquatics Manager

Overview As Aquatics Manager, you will assist in creating a fun and professional environment, providing customers and swimmers a fantastic learning experience. You will work closely with the franchise owner, swim instructors and recruit new customers to the school, building retention. Key Details Part‑time with possibility to move to full‑time. Flexible hours including weekends, evenings and visiting multiple pool locations within the assigned region. Responsibilities Provide swim lessons to adults and children according to British Swim School curriculum. Schedule, train and onboard swim instructors. Use instructor development tools, evaluate performance and provide feedback and in‑service training. Work with customers to manage difficult situations. Assist with business growth, recruitment and retention. Assist with recruitment, hiring and interviews as needed. Qualifications Passion for water and desire to give back to community by preventing drowning. Experience and enjoyment working with children. Supervisory experience in a similar setting. Lifeguard certification preferred; will be provided if not available or expired. Fluency in English; additional languages helpful but not required. Compensation $24.00‑$28.00 per hour.
