Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader. Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with little supervision. They help maintain a safe and clean store environment and support the growth of their careers within the company. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment. Support career growth by developing skills and opportunities for advancement.
