Scheduling Coordinator

Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our Henniker, NH office. We are a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need.

• Ensures that all new patients entering the practice have completed paperwork to include insurance details on file prior to their appointment.


• Uses software reporting to find and schedule patients who need an appointment.

How We Invest in You

• The salary range for this position is $23/hr - $27.50/hr. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity.
