Now Hiring: Executive Director Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annually Community Resources for Independent Living (CRIL) – Hayward, CA Full-Time | Exempt | On-Site | Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + Benefits CRIL is a mission‑driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting people with disabilities in achieving independence and full community participation. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our Hayward office. This role oversees day‑to‑day operations, community engagement, fundraising, and strategic direction in partnership with the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities Community Advocacy & Partnerships (20–25%) Represent CRIL in local coalitions, including the Alameda County ADRC. Lead fund development, grants, and strategic planning. Ensure services align with CRIL’s mission and community needs. Oversee finances, HR practices, team development, and compliance. Ensure transparency and support effective governance. Qualifications 3–5 years in nonprofit/public sector leadership Lived experience with disability and/or deep understanding of independent living Strong fundraising, grant, and financial management experience (budget $1M+) Excellent staff development, communication, and advocacy skills Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, etc.) and local knowledge preferred $100,000–$120,000 salary based on experience CRIL is an equal opportunity employer.
