This individual will help CRB continue to build one of the most diverse and extraordinary interdisciplinary teams in the world. This role plays an integral part of developing and maintaining CRB’s culture and staff. This position will work with hiring managers to fill company needs through screening and selecting qualified personnel amongst a wide pool of potential applicants and networks. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer supportManage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finishPartner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisionsTrack and manage candidate pipelines & requisitions, ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIsWhat Will Make You SuccessfulYou are highly organized and thrive in execution-heavy environmentsYou care deeply about candidate experience and creating meaningful interactionsYou take ownership of your work and follow through on detailsYou are proactive and solutions-orientedYou enjoy building relationships and collaborating across teamsQualifications4+ years of experience in recruitingAEC and/or life sciences/pharma recruiting experience highly preferredExperience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholdersExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling toolsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
