About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team and support our Manufacturing and Power Infrastructure functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. What You'll Be Working On Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes What You'll Bring to the Team 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of roles across manufacturing in a high volume setting Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments Skilled in salary and equity negotiation Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 5+ hires per month) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS Willingness and ability to travel as needed Benefits Industry competitive pay Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents Employer contributions to HSA accounts Paid Parental Leave Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Teladoc 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Cell phone reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Subscription to the Calm app MetLife Legal Company paid commuter benefit; $300/month Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $115,000 - $140,000 + Bonus.
