• Proven outside sales experience in home services, restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
• Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process is a plus.
• Pitching hotels and other commercial properties for our services.
• Proficiency in CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Work in the office generating customers via calls and research then follow-up in person.
• Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Close sales and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
