What You'll Do
- Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans following regulatory standards
- Administer therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment details accurately in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Provide consultation, counseling, and discharge summaries
- Support and supervise occupational therapist assistants, rehab aides, and students
What You Need
Required:- Valid OT license in Missouri
- At least 1 year of relevant occupational therapy experience
- Knowledge of regulatory and clinical standards in LTC settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare environments
